Grand Rapids, Mich. (Jan. 20, 2004) -- Accounting and consulting firm network Moore Stephens North America Inc. has named CPA Thomas P. Rosenbach, managing partner of Moore Stephens Beene Garter PLC, in Grand Rapids, Mich., as chairman-elect for 2004.

Rosenbach, a 15-year member of MSNA and past chairman of its marketing and communications subcommittee, will succeed Ken McGill of Moore Stephens TravisWolff in Dallas, whose term expires in December.

“I’m both honored and excited by this action,” says Rosenbach. “I have long believed in and have seen firsthand -- repeatedly -- the value of the Moore Stephens association to my firm and to others. I hope to foster and build on the rich tradition of sharing expertise that MSNA offers its members.”

Rosenbach has been a partner at MS Beene Garter since 1990. As managing partner, he is responsible for the firm’s strategic planning, product and service development, staff development, and marketing. MS Beene Garter has 11 partners and 80 employees.

MSNA has member firms in Canada, Mexico and the U. S., and is a member of Moore Stephens International Limited, an international accounting and consulting network of 273 independent firms with more than 499 offices in 84 countries.
