MSI Adds Nashville Accounting Firm to Network

London (May 14, 2004) -- MSI, an alliance of more than 200 independent legal and accounting firms worldwide, has added Nashville-based CPA firm McKerley & Noonan to its network.

The two-partner CPA firm, which provides accounting, tax and consulting services, has a number of multi-state clients that it hopes to link up with other MSI members throughout the U.S., and 10 percent of its clients have international business interests, predominantly in Germany and Switzerland.
Browning Kaleczyc Berry & Hoven, a Helena, Mont.-based law firm, has also joined the group.

The network of independent mid-tier law and accounting firms, formerly known as MacIntyre Sträter International, includes Boston-based CPA firm Abrams Little-Gill Loberfeld PC; Anderson ZurMuehlen & Co., in Helena, Mont.; New York-based Reminick Aarons & Co.; and Simione Macca & Larrow, in Rocky Hill, Conn.

MSI was formed in 1990 to help independent firms provide one-stop shopping for clients requiring advice on legal, taxation and accounting issues.
