"We are delighted to welcome Peck & Kopacek clients into our firm,” said Shirley Braunstein, Jones & Roth shareholder. "They will continue to receive high quality service, but also have access to new service areas such as retirement plan administration, financial planning, estate planning, business consulting services, business valuation and litigation support."

Financial details of the merger were not disclosed.

Jones & Roth’s other specialties include tax planning and compliance, audit and assurance services, business consulting, retirement plan services, wealth management, book-keeping, closely-held businesses, construction, non-profit and municipalities, manufacturing and distribution, and medical practice management.

Peck & Kopacek partner Mike Peck, in a statement, added that Jones & Roth was “an excellent fit for our clients.” He also said that providing administrative efficiencies was not available in his previous, smaller firm.
