Payroll and benefits outsourcing provider Paychex Inc. has appointed five new vice presidents at the company, based here. The five new Paychex vice presidents and company officers are: o Steven R. Beauchamp, vice president of product management. He previously served as a product management director, and came aboard following Paychex's 2003 acquisition of Advantage Payroll Services Inc. o Brad R. Flipse was tapped as vice president of major market services, the unit that serves larger businesses. Flipse initially joined Paychex in 1993 as a sales representative. o Clifford Gibson was appointed vice president of western U.S. sales. A 20-year Paychex veteran, Gibson was most recently area vice president of western U.S. sales. o Michael A. McCarthy is the new vice president of eastern U.S. sales. He joined Paychex in 1990 as a district sales manager and was elevated to area vice president of eastern U.S. sales in 2002. o Suzanne E. Vickery was named vice president of central U.S. sales. She came aboard the company in 1990 as a payroll sales representative.
