Protelo is a team of highly experienced software consultants that transform companies in distribution, retail, ecommerce, and manufacturing using NetSuite cloud software; we are a reseller that also offers services/support, implementation, customization and integration. The collective experience of the Protelo team spans over six centuries, with the average consultant having more than 20 years of expertise in a wide range of industries, business functions, technologies, software products, and geographies.
What qualifies your company as the VAR of the month?
Protelo has been fortunate to experience great success over the years by providing award-winning service. Protelo has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies by INC5000 for the second consecutive year. We are committed to continuously growing our NetSuite business and aren’t slowing down anytime soon. We have a full offering of NetSuite services and support in various industries, and most recently became a Commerce Agency Program (CAP) Commerce Partner.
What makes your company successful?
Our customers and employees! Protelo is committed to putting the needs of customers above all else. While we provide exceptional NetSuite services and support, we are confident that it’s matched by top-notch customer service. We seek to serve our clients better by continuously asking for their feedback. We employ the most talented individuals that are committed to upholding our core values not only with our clients, but with each other as well.
How are you growing your firm? How do you plan to continue to grow?
Protelo has experienced growth by having referenceable clients who will attest to the level of service we provide, our dedication to quality, and ability to leverage industry best practices. We are committed to selling NetSuite and staying current with programs NetSuite offers. We plan to continue growing by targeting verticals we feel we are best suited to provide value, by developing our own NetSuite business applications, and from our Commerce partnership. We will continue being selective in our hiring process to ensure we hire the right individuals who can best fit into our company culture and uphold our core values.
What opportunities do you see in the market?
The opportunities we see are primarily within the wholesale distribution vertical. Protelo has extensive knowledge, experience and expertise within wholesale distribution and plan to utilize our talent to capture more business in this specific area. We will continue complimenting the standard functionality of NetSuite with additional functionality to provide viable solutions needed within this vertical.
