PwC Admits 73 Partners to U.S. Firm

New York (July 15, 2003) -- PricewaterhouseCoopers welcomed 73 new U.S. partners into its ranks Monday, bringing the number of partners countrywide to more than 2,000.

Globally, some 215 new partners were admitted to the accounting firm, bringing the total partner count to about 8,000.

The new partners represent a variety of niches, including 46 in Assurance and Business Advisory Services (ABAS), 23 in Tax and four in Financial Advisory Services (FAS).

"Our new partners each possess the skills, intelligence and breadth of experience to help move our firm forward and to achieve our strategic goals," said PwC chairman and senior partner Dennis Nally.
