We’re proactive and are always looking to identify new ways to our help do better.

How are you growing your firm? How do you plan to continue to grow?

Traditionally, we have continued to grow year-over-year almost entirely organically through both client referral and our service differentiating Digital Marketing Agency services. As a firm, we use a proven methodology that has distinguished us and is instrumental to our continued growth. We added NetSuite to our offerings due to client demand for Cloud ERP. Well positioned as a global leader in Worldwide SaaS and Cloud enabled Midmarket ERP Applications, NetSuite is our model for growing a Unified Cloud Business Management Service practice so we’re extremely excited about it – both for Rand Group and as an ecosystem for expanded services. We want to continue to stay competitive and grow and as a solutions provider, which includes offering our clients a continued breadth of software and service offerings, such as providing expertise in Cloud services and BI, industry specialization including Distribution, Professional Services, Oil & Gas and a connected customer experience through B2B ERP, Commerce & Digital services.

What opportunities do you see in the market?

At our firm, we see that the cloud is going to continue to grow in platform preference, as we respond to more clients requesting cloud solutions. ERP Software will continue to become more optimized with accelerated Best Practice solutions like NetSuite SuiteSuccess and platform expansion with packaged IP through channels such as SuiteApps. We see the opportunity to partner with NetSuite, as the leader among B2B Commerce Suite for Midsized organizations, to expand our service practice opportunities through connected customer Commerce & Digital Optimization. Overall, as a firm, we want to continue to anticipate client needs by continuing to treat each client with utmost attention and respect and expand our offerings, like we have with NetSuite. We’re eager to see where NetSuite takes us.
