Rootworks, a member-based education organization for accounting firms, has introduced Grow, an online platform for its 500 member firms.
Grow will provide a home base for Rootworks members and will be part of the
Grow is divided into three sections: Learn, Plan and Community. Learn provides a range of events, online learning, one-on-one coaching and vendor information. The Plan section has management tools to help firm leaders work on their firms. It includes the Rootworks GPA Tool, which offers benchmarking, a projects module, and vision and values mapping. The Community section connects members within the Rootworks community forum to support peer-to-peer interaction and idea exchange, and also offers a unique “Find a Member Expert” feature.
The Grow platform also offers access to Rootworks’ marketing communications resources library and marketing education support.
“Our team worked very hard over the past few months to offer our members a radically improved online experience, and that’s exactly what we delivered this week,” said Rootworks CEO Darren Root in a statement. “We were laser-focused on building a platform that fully supports firm leaders as they work on their businesses.
