RSM McGladrey has promoted Dennis J. Keglovits to the post of national director of risk management, effective Feb. 1.

In that role, Keglovits will serve as a resource to the organization's 150 risk management professionals throughout the United States.

Keglovits most recently headed up the risk management practice in RSM McGladrey's Kansas City office. Prior to joining RSM McGladrey in December 2003, he served as a practice leader at both Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He also worked in internal audit at two leading corporations.

RSM McGladrey said that it plans to hire additional risk management professionals nationwide.

"The demand for risk management services doesn't appear to be slowing down," said Randy Siemsen, executive vice president of consulting services. "Not only are we seeing it from public companies impacted by Sarbanes-Oxley, it's also strong in other heavily regulated industries such as health care, financial services and even the not-for-profit sector."
