RSM McGladrey Promotes Five Leaders

RSM McGladrey Inc. has announced the promotion of three senior vice presidents and two executive vice presidents. All of these positions are based at the company's corporate offices in Bloomington, Minn.

Kimpa Moss has been named senior vice president of integrated client service, where she will be responsible for accounting, tax and business consulting, industry leadership, key accounts and integration of emerging business services. Moss formerly served as executive vice president of tax services.

Doug Opheim has been named senior vice president of finance and operations. In this role, he will have overarching responsibility for RSM's regional offices, finance, operations and planning. He was previously as an executive vice president of regional offices.

Linda Brennan has been named senior vice president of human resources and will now have responsibility for national recruiting, compensation, human resources operations, continuing professional development, employee relations, performance management and regional programs. She has been senior director of regional human resources. Also, Mike Metz has been named executive vice president of tax services and will provide leadership to the tax professionals in RSM's 100 offices nationwide. Lynnette Zika has been named executive vice president of national marketing and will be responsible for demand generation, data management and marketing communications. Metz has previously served as a managing director in the national tax office and Zika was senior director of national marketing.
