What qualifies your company as the VAR of the month?
Our adaptability, innovation, team and care for our clients. Our experience working with NetSuite clients for eleven years has equipped our team with the capability to support our clients in a very comprehensive way. We’re able to adapt quickly because we have a variety of expertise in an array of industries – we’ve most likely seen it before. Sixred is innovative; coming up with new models to support our clients as the technology and times change. Those two things allow us to win complex, interesting projects that also help us attract top talent. Top talent ultimately allows us to provide our clients with exceptional service.

What makes your company successful?
We have a bias for action; our entire team has a sense of urgency when it comes to working with our clients. Sixred focuses first on understanding business challenges our clients face and then building solutions. Change management and new technology can be daunting; we’re sensitive to that. We have a proven and agile engagement process; from NetSuite evaluation, discovery, implementation to support and optimization we are focused on making each transition as smooth as possible. Our consultants and developers find creative ways to leverage the NetSuite platform and ultimately give us our competitive edge and make clients happy.

How are you growing your firm? How do you plan to continue to grow?
We’re currently focusing on two main areas to grow our firm. First, we’re leveraging our successful track record with various industries such as software, ecommerce, wholesale distribution, manufacturing and professional services to become thought leaders. For each industry we have our own playbook for implementations and enhancements which allows us to streamline our engagements and service clients at a very high level from a quality and timeline perspective. Our second initiative aligns right along with NetSuite’s focus; gaining more international business. We currently have a strong international presence which provides us with advantage to expand overseas at a quick pace.

What opportunities do you see in the market?
One opportunity is to help traditional software companies looking to move from a perpetual licensing model to a subscription services business model. Sixred sees opportunity working with such companies looking to modernize their business systems. Sixred is helping companies in wholesale / distribution and manufacturing to establish direct sales channels with NetSuite. NetSuite allows their vendors to have access to real time inventory, pricing and ecommerce capabilities which will help them accommodate the B2B and B2C markets efficiently. Lastly, we see a huge opportunity in the international market; we’re uniquely qualified with half our delivery team and client base overseas.
