Philadelphia (May 2, 2003) -- Philadelphia accounting firm Smart and Associates announced Thursday that it’s merging with Baltimore-based Grabush, Newman & Co.

Grabush, Newman brings 48 professionals to the deal, resulting in more than 350 personnel for the combined firm.
