Redwood City, Calif. (Dec. 6, 2002) -- The Tennessee Society of CPAs has chosen CAMICO Mutual Insurance Company to be the preferred provider for of professional liability and other risk management services for its members.
CAMICO is a CPA-owned mutual insurance company and aside from insurance services, also offers risk and claims management consulting designed to help CPA firms with best practices and to reduce losses.
"As the Tennessee Society looks to strengthen its growth and retention of members, we felt a partnership with CAMICO would support these efforts," said Brad Floyd, the Society's executive director. "The expertise CAMICO has developed can assist our members with practice and risk management issues, especially now as the profession faces heightened scrutiny."
Arizona, California, Colorado, Missouri, Nevada, New York and Washington are among the other state societies which endorse the CAMICO program.
