Most of our NetSuite team has been consulting on the platform for over 10 years. That’s before most customers even knew ERP in the cloud existed! They love the platform and love seeing it transform our customers’ businesses by removing the mess that their legacy, on-premise web of systems has caused them and replacing with a streamlined, cloud-based suite of integrated applications. How are you growing your firm? How do you plan to continue to grow?
We are attracting and retaining the best talent in the market, retooling consulting talent from other practices in our broad organization and investing in our learning and development program and the bright young professionals that come through. What opportunities do you see in the market?
We are laser-focused on helping our customers through their digital transformation journey in this new era of cloud computing. We see big opportunities in areas where we can leverage our industry experience, consulting and application knowledge, as well as NetSuite’s functionality. Some examples are private companies needing to comply with new ASC 606 revenue recognition standards, healthcare providers looking to improve their operational efficiencies and customer experience, and businesses with huge ecommerce upside, just to name a few.
