UHY Advisors announced that Bill Penczak has joined the firm as chief marketing officer. In addition to his firm marketing responsibilities, Penczak will have duties in the newly formed marketing strategy practice in the firm's Strategy Group.
A 25-year veteran of national advertising agencies and marketing departments, Penczak has worked with brands such as AT&T, VoiceStream Wireless, Chef Boyardee, Motorola, Dell, and Brunswick. He joins the firm from StanAndLou Advertising, UHY Advisors' agency of record, where he served as chief operating officer.
"Bill has been integral in establishing the firm position while at the agency," said UHY chief executive Steve Samek, in a statement "He understands our culture, and shares our desire to deliver value to our clients in a changing economy."
Penczak will be based in the firm's Houston office, and will serve on the firm's management committee.
