    "...users can and will be able to use the software without an accounting education..." So if I go to Home Depot and buy professional grade tools, that makes me a construction contractor, right?

    So Xero requires no accounting knowledge? Interesting. For me these types of claims means that I will be busy for many many years to come with fixing all of these types of clients!

    It is good that Xero can proclaim the end of accounting when others such as my company TBS Software Australia has had an inbuilt accountant in our software for over a decade. Our enterprise solutions which incidentally is the only way businesses should use business software gives a total company view rather than the invoice only type cloud solutions offered by Xero and others. Accountants have taken the easy for too long. Xero included.
