Jeremy Dubow (00:09):
Yeah, I think on the one hand it's our people. On the other hand, it's leadership. We have a group of leaders in this organization who really believes in what we do. And if you look at our tagline for our firm, it's elevate your potential partner for growth. And what we try to do is we try to elevate the potential of all of the people that work for us. Yes, we're also talking to our clients, but it's interesting. In today's day and age, like many accounting firms, we're focused internally just as much as we're focused externally. And our goal is to really elevate our people, allow them to be successful. If we do that well, we're going to have some of the best people in the industry who are ultimately successful, making our business very successful. It is simple, it's set a big goal and then work your tail off on the strategy to achieve that goal. Our job is to think big. My job as the CEO of this business is to think big. Put the goals out there, but then it's also to get the rest of my team to develop the strategy to allow us to achieve that goal. So goals and strategies, keep it simple. If you do it, you're going to have a successful business.
