SplendidCRM Software, provider of Microsoft-centric CRM solutions, announced the release of their Enterprise edition version 9.1 with integrated bi-directional synchronization with QuickBooks Online.
SpendidCRM migrated from desktop to QBO to eliminate the single point of failure, according to the company, as desktop synchronization requires a dedicated workstation with QuickBooks constantly running.
"Even though we had a major release a few months ago that included some significant features including a chat system, a new report designer and a set of mobile clients for Android and iOS, we were compelled to add support for QuickBooks Online as we moved our own accounting from the desktop edition to the online edition," stated Paul Rony, president of SplendidCRM Software.
SplendidCRM has supported synchronization with the desktop edition of QuickBooks for almost three years using a third-party library.
