Following the attention of last year’s series, Timonium, Md.-headquartered CPA, tax and consulting firm KatzAbosch have released a second season of its animated sketch show, “Gotta Love Tax Season,” posting the first episode on its YouTube channel.

The first season of the show won the firm an Association for Accounting Marketing 2011 Marketing Achievement Award for Best Multi-Media campaign and caught the attention of The Huffington Post, the Baltimore Sun and online blogs.

Created with the Xtranormal Movie Maker, the current season of “Gotta Love Tax Season” will continue with a new episode every two weeks until the tax deadline date of April 17.

Content marketing and social media are changing the way accountants communicate with clients and develop their brands. Start developing content marketing that people want to watch, share and respond to. Stop interrupting and start engaging. We have a CPA firm in southern California who has totally ramped up their referrals through FaceBook. Building over 200 followers in a couple of months with almost daily unsolicited testimonials. These posts are than viewed by hundred if not thousands of local friends and colleagues of these clients. Inexpensive Word of Mouth using the power of social media.
