Cloud-based paperless tax workflow technology provider Copanion Inc. has released an updated version of GruntWorx, its tax document automation software product, which boasts an improved user interface, updated rights management options, and expanded document capacity and report creation features.

The key enhancement to GruntWorx gives users the option to have multiple administrators and multiple accounts within a firm. The new version also supports detailed reporting across offices, preparers, and clients to provide extended visibility on system use. The software now handles up to 10 documents per client and files of up to 50 megabytes in size.

In addition to these enhancements, Copanion now offers special discounts to GruntWorx users for cPaperless's Tic, Tie & Calculate product, an Adobe Acrobat plug-in designed for accountants. TTC allows accountants to prepare work papers in a digital environment, simulating the paper environment.
