Deloitte launched a new online community Web site on Tuesday where industry insiders can share insights into business analytics and research.

The site, known as Real Analytics, is located at www.realanalyticsinsights.com. The site aims to provide market insights, share knowledge and practices, and help resolve problems. It fosters a collaborative environment that connects specialists, clients, researchers, academics, media and other parties.
“The objective in developing this online community is to learn and share market insights and perspectives on the value and capabilities of analytics to the marketplace with the ultimate goal of solving tough, ‘crunchy’ vexing problems,” said Deloitte Consulting LLP principal John Lucker in a statement. “That’s what organizations want and need, but it must be brought to life more effectively and done with a sharp focus on the specific demands and nuances of individual industry sectors.”
This Web site is part of a strategy to bring new developments and insights in the rapidly expanding area of analytics to Deloitte’s clients and other stakeholders. The site includes information on topics such as customer analytics, financial analytics, risk analytics, supply chain analytics and workforce analytics.
