The Internal Revenue Service has filed a tax lien for $396,330 against R&B singer Toni Braxton.

The tax lien was filed on March 26 against the 43-year-old singer and her husband, musician Kierston Lewis, according to the Detroit News. The lien is for unpaid income taxes from 2007 and 2008. Braxton filed for bankruptcy in 1998, but has a new album set for release next month that could help her pay off the IRS.
Braxton separated from Lewis last year. She is also being sued by her bank for missing $900,000 in loan payments.
