Carl Moses of Moses & Associates has agreed to merge his practice with Knueven, Schroeder & Co.
Moses, who solidified the deal on December 1, has taken on the Knueven, Schroeder & Co. name and will work out of its Findlay, Ohio, office.
Knueven, Schroeder & Co. provides services in accounting and auditing, tax preparation and planning, computer software services, and management advisory services. Management advisory services include feasibility studies; recommendations for improving operations; financial planning; retirement programs; acquisitions and expansion studies; business valuations; and assistance in obtaining financing.
Knueven, Schroeder & Co. will give Moses the opportunity to continue to provide and expand services to his clients.
