Rosenberg, Neuwirth & Kuchner has joined Top 100 Firm Marks Paneth & Shron LLP. RNK’s 39 staff members, which include six partners and three senior consultants, will operate under the MP&S name.

RNK serves privately owned companies and organizations involved in creative and performing arts, including Broadway theaters, television, music and literary work.

The firm started its entertainment practice in 1919, but it also handles real estate, corporate audit  and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.

"The joining of our two firms presents an excellent opportunity for all our clients, our partners and our staff. RNK's exceptional accounting and tax expertise and advisory skills, their industry insight and scope and the deep focus on serving their sophisticated client base matches and complements MP&S's approach," MP&S managing partner Mark Levenfus said in a statement. "This tremendous expertise is already being recognized by the market. We have several exciting new opportunities and our combined strengths are already providing value to our existing clients,” he said.

MP&S currently has 475 employees, 60 of whom include a mix of partners and principals. The firm, which has been in business since 1907, provides a range of auditing, accounting, tax, consulting, bankruptcy and restructuring services, as well as litigation and corporate financial advisory work, to its clients. Its client list includes businesses in the real estate, nonprofit, professional and financial services, energy, hospitality, as well as the media and entertainment industries.

MP&S also has a track record of assisting international businesses, emerging growth companies, entrepreneurs, business owners and investors. MP&S specializes in providing high-net-worth individuals and their families with tax advisory and consulting services.

In addition, the firm provides IT consulting services through its subsidiary, Tailored Technologies LLC.
