As February and March mark Black History Month and Women’s History Month respectively, Dixon Hughes Goodman (DHG) has announced a two-month campaign that will highlight diversity across their firm.

The campaign will look to focus on DHG's people, their stories, and the firm's culture which focuses "on people, careers and flexibility," per a statement.

Part of the campaign includes the first publication of the firm's Inclusion & Diversity magazine. Available in print and digital, the magazine compiles stories from the firm’s Life at DHG blog that cover diversity through multiple stories. The first issue also includes a list of “Ten Simple Tips for Fostering an Inclusive Work Environment.”

"For DHG, inclusion and diversity means more than a social responsibility,” wrote the firm's CEO Matt Snow in the inaugural magazine publication. “We pursue this strategy not only for our people but also for our clients, who expect us to have teams of professionals who offer broader, more creative solutions. Diverse thoughts and ideas drive innovation, impact our client experience and create efficient and effective outcomes for our clients."

The campaign will look to be active on the firm's various social media channels, their Life at DHG and CEO blogs, and the Life at DHG podcast series, which recently featured an exclusive interview with Jina Etienne, president & CEO of The National Association of Black Accountants, (NABA).
