Indiana CPAs Publish Guide to CPA Excellence

The Indiana CPA Society's recently established CPA Center of Excellence has published a new book on “CPA Excellence.”

“CPA Excellence: A Quick Start Guide to Defining and Mastering Vital Skills for Success,” was written by knowledge management and complexity expert David Griffiths, who has been an advisor to the Indiana CPA Society since 2011. The book provides a strategy to take CPAs and CPA firms on a path toward mastering vital success skills identified in the CPA Horizons 2025 project sponsored by the American Institute of CPAs.

The book defines the core competencies of CPAs, discusses why each is important, provides both positive and negative characteristics, and details the various levels of proficiency.

The book is available for $19.95, and an e-book version is expected to be available soon. For more information, visit http://cpacoe.com.
