OrangeScape Inc. has added its KissFlow workflow creation application to the Google Apps Marketplace and unveiled new features for the product, which include improved sign-on, group assignment and email integration.

KissFlow was designed to automate workflows around a user’s existing email user base, which includes travel claims and expense reports; leave requests; budget approvals and other human resources, accounting and business processes.

KissFlow has a Gmail-style interface and integrates with Google Apps Mail, Docs and Contacts. Users can browse their Docs within KissFlow and attach them to any workflow request.  The product also provides a reporting capability to view, analyze and gather insights about workflow tasks.

“There’s a mix of emails, spreadsheets and other documents related to processes like submitting an expense report. While required, these workflow processes decrease productivity and de-focus people from core business goals,” said OrangeScape co-founder and chief technology officer Mani Doraisamy. “KissFlow is purposely designed to create cloud-based workflows that remove complexity. This vastly accelerates and streamlines the daily procedures of HR and other business approval processes.”

KissFlow’s free edition allows up to 10 users and 10 workflow processes and includes administration, reports and support. The standard edition allows up to 1,000 users and up to 100 processes for $3 per user monthly and $18 per workflow creator monthly.
