Frederick Chilton Jr., has joined KPMG LLP, as the international tax lead for the firmís technology sector. Based in Silicon Valley,Chilton brings extensive experience to the firm, having assisted leading technology companies with a range of complex cross-border tax matters, including international tax planning and compliance, tax controversy, and transfer pricing issues. Ö The Sustainability Accounting Standards Board has selected new board members. The new members include, CalSTRs CEO, Jack Ehnes; Generation Investment Managementís founding partner, Peter Knight; F.B. Heron Foundationís president, Clara Miller; former SEC chairman, Elisse Walter; and Fahr LLCís managing partner, Ted White. Ö Rosa Valdez has joined JGD & Associates LLP as tax manager; Jonathan Kim as tax supervisor; Franklin Shiraki as tax supervisor; Natalie Lackmann, as tax associate; Jing Huang as a tax intern; Rachel Ryan and Josh van de Vrugt as staff auditor.
