New York firm UHY Advisors held their 57th annual Center for Disability Services Telethon on Sunday at the Radisson Hotel in Albany, NY. The firm ultimately donated $48,500 to the Center for Disability Services.

The event also saw appearances from New York Yankees pitcher Luis Severino and New York Giants running back Paul Perkins, who signed autographs for fans throughout the afternoon for additional donations to support the Center.

“The Center for Disability Services was honored to welcome Paul and Luis as they helped us continue a tradition that has raised millions of dollars for thousands of children and adults with disabilities throughout the Capital Region,” stated Anne Schneider Costigan, Center for Disability Services deputy executive director-foundation division. “We thank the partners at UHY LLP for their continued support of this event and commitment to the mission of the Center for Disability Services.”

“UHY is a longtime partner of the Center for Disability Services and we were proud to once again be a part of this year’s telethon. We were thrilled to help bring these New York sports stars to the Capital Region in support of an outstanding cause,” said Howard Foote, UHY's office managing partner, capital region, per a statement. “It’s our honor to work with an organization that for decades has provided invaluable services to thousands of residents in the greater Capital Region.”
