In this post, I will talk more about the inner dialogue I referred to, that voice in our head that provides a running commentary on pretty much everything we say and do.

This client runs a multi-million dollar operation—outsourcing mechanic work to large commercial airlines. My client and his partners are mechanics as well—your typical blue-collar millionaire!

Measuring productivity is cold and calculating, with a complete disregard for anything outside the realm of ratios, percentages, and dollar signs.

As the estate tax remains in temporary limbo this year until Congress decides what to do, the IRS at least is sending a clear message. It doesn’t want an estate tax return for those who died this year.
