Allan C. Wisk

Al has more than 25 years of experience in finance, real estate and energy. His expertise includes transactions involving syndicated corporate financings, commercial real estate construction and development loans, energy loans, representation of banks as trustees, mortgage finance, and the acquisition of pipelines, refineries, chemical plants and turbines. He has extensive experience in loan workouts and restructuring including the representation of banks in the following events: Enron, MCA, the S&L crisis, and the attempted corner of the world’s silver market. In the area of energy he has expertise in gas storage. Before joining Strasburger, he was co-chair of the finance, real estate, and energy section of an international law firm.
