Alyssa Pei is a partner with A.T.�Kearney in the�Financial Institutions Practice. She has extensive consulting experience, primarily in insurance and banking, and leads broad transformation efforts across a variety of industries. She has a wealth of experience leading projects that deliver sustained value and improving operational performance by reshaping organizations. Her projects include improving the customer experience and conducting best practice assessments for the hospitality, financial services, retail, and consumer packaged goods sectors. Alyssa earned a bachelor’s degree in earth and planetary sciences from Harvard University, a master’s degree in geochemistry from Harvard, and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.�
