Andre Hill

Andre Hill serves as Chief Marketing Officer for First Niagara Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: FNFG).� In this role, he oversees the bank�s marketing initiatives and works to develop the areas of marketing strategy, marketing communications, advertising and promotions, market research and customer service.Andre joined First Niagara in December 2012 as Senior Vice President of Business Planning and Analysis. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Eastman Kodak Company in several strategic planning and business development roles, where he rose to the level of Director, Worldwide Marketing. In addition, he has more than 15 years of banking experience with KPMG, M&T Bank and JPMorgan Chase.Andre is a graduate of Fordham University and the University of Rochester, where he earned his master�s degree in business administration.
