Carmen Bell leads Performing Servicing Operations for�Wells Fargo Home Lending. In this role, she is responsible�for delivering outstanding customer service and managing�operational performance for the Home Lending customer�service platform, payment processing, tax, insurance,�escrow, special loans/SCRA, statements, payoffs and lien�release. She is based in Phoenix, Ariz.Bell joined Wells Fargo in 2004. Most recently, she led�Performing Servicing�s Customer Contact Centers & Operations. Prior to that position, she oversaw Home�Equity Retail Sales and Direct-to-Consumer Sales. Her past�experience includes roles of increasing responsibility with�MCI Communications.Bell earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 from Briar�Cliff College in Sioux City, Iowa, and her Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of�Arizona in Tucson, Ariz., in 2007.
