Carol Rudolph is Vice President of Digital Transformation for Financial Services – US & Canada for Gimbal Inc.� Ms Rudolph has 15+ years of experience in the Customer Experience industry - most recently with Oracle Corporation where she headed up the Customer Experience team focused on Financial Services & Banking in the southeast US.�Previously, Ms Rudolph worked for Engagepoint, Business Objects/SAP, Certus Software, Actuate Corporation and Siebel Systems.� Ms Rudolph’s career has been focused on utilizing her skills in customer experience, business intelligence and strategic business development to identify innovative ways to leverage technology solutions to solve business challenges, and create competitive advantages for Global 1000 clients.Ms Rudolph earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Houston, TX and an Executive MBA from SMU in Dallas, TX.� She has also earned her CXPA Certification from the Customer Experience Professional Association.
