Chett is driven by her innate curiosity of the unknown, and uses that to explore, conceive, launch, manage, and test new business models for ATB Financial. Her mind gets most excited when strategy, connection(s), and creativity are complemented with action, execution, precision, and partnerships. She has been innovating inside of ATB Financial for 3 years, and has led the execution of Alberta BoostR (rewards based crowdfunding platform), TradeFX (foreign currency exchange platform), 2 Entrepreneur Centres (transformation of a branch to create a unique experience for entrepreneurs), Project X (business accelerator), and is leading the charge to drive ATB LendR to market (crowdlending platform).�Her innovations have created 32 net new jobs at ATB Financial, and will generate a minimum of $3M in net new revenue next annum.
