Dean M. Jeske is the Deputy Regional Chief Counsel for FINRA Enforcement in its Midwest Region. Mr. Jeske manages litigation, and supervises enforcement attorneys and investigators in the Chicago and Kansas City District offices of FINRA. He also provides legal advice to Member Regulation staff in the Region and consults with FINRA senior management in Washington regarding national issues. Prior to joining FINRA in January 2012, Mr. Jeske was a partner in the Chicago office of Foley & Lardner LLP where he regularly represented broker-dealers and their employees in connection with investigations or disciplinary proceedings by FINRA and other regulatory agencies. Mr. Jeske graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1989.
