Karen Biddle Andres is CFSIs Relationship Manager. In this position, Ms. Andres fosters existing and establishes new relationships with large and mid-sized financial institutions, vendors, credit unions, retailers, and other financial services providers. Ms. Andres leads the Innovators Roundtable and oversees CFSIs newest network forum, the Underbanked Solutions Exchange, CFSI's industry-focused forums that provide companies with the innovative tools, research, and connections they need to develop and deliver underbanked products and solutions.Prior to her position at CFSI, Ms. Andres was a Communications Consultant with both Strong Financial Corporation and Wells Fargo Institutional Trust Services. In this role, she worked with 401(k) clients, including multiple Fortune 500 companies, to develop and deliver effective participant financial education strategies. With her NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses, Ms. Andres personally delivered financial education to over 10,000 employees of institutional clients all over the United States. Combining principles of adult education with her Spanish fluency and experience with Latino workers nationwide, Ms. Andres worked to develop education strategies specifically tailored to the needs of Spanish speaking participants.Karen Biddle Andres holds a Master of Business Administration degree with High Distinction and a Master of Public Policy degree, both from the University of Michigan. During her graduate program, Ms. Andres focused on economic development, finance, and social entrepreneurship. She also graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University with a B.A. in Spanish and Art History and a minor in Mathematics.
