Kathy Patrick is a partner at Gibbs & Bruns LLP, a premier litigation boutique based in Houston. Kathy focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on securities law, creditor recovery litigation and institutional investor litigation. Kathys representative clients include: Huntsman Corporation, PIMCO, Trust Company of the West, Invesco, Western Asset Management, Ambac Assurance, the former outside directors of Enron Corporation and the State of Arizona. Kathy currently serves as lead counsel to over a dozen large institutions that collectively hold over 25% of the Voting Rights in 225 securitization pools that issued over $175 billion of Countrywide-issued mortgage-backed securities.
