Kim Bonn is a Director for Client Transitions for TELUS International, a BPO provider delivering contact center and IT outsourcing services across a range of industries and strategic locations � including North America, Central America, Asia and Europe. She is responsible for transitions from client pursuit to final ramp � via partnership and facilitation of Recruitment, Training, Work Force Management, Quality, Facilities, IT and Operations. Prior to joining TELUS, Kim was a Strategic Business Unit Director for Xerox Business Services managing full client relationship and performance for their outsourced Finance and Accounting functions. She also possesses experience and knowledge in the collection agency, NES, and creditor spaces � Citibank and US Bank. Kim has almost 28 years of industry experience and insight via numerous roles and assignments � Agency/Vendor Management, Partner Operations, Collections and Customer Service Operations Management, Financial Controller, Compliance VP and Human Resources Manager. She is a Steering Committee Member for the Professional Women in the Collections/Call Center Group. Kim obtained her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Northern Kentucky University and resides in Cincinnati, OH.
