Lori Adamski

With over 30 years in banking operations, Lori Adamski understands the changing landscape of banking. Lori currently is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Conestoga Bank, Chester Springs, PA. She is responsible for the overall operations including deposit services, loan servicing, mortgage and consumer lending, information technology, security, BSA/compliance and commercial credit administration. In 2007, Lori successfully integrated the former First Penn Bank operations into Conestoga Bank creating a 14 branch bank network in the greater Philadelphia area. A member of Conestoga Bank’s executive leadership team, Lori is responsible for bringing new technology to the bank including online account opening, remote deposit, mobile banking, and mobile deposit. She also led the bank’s efforts in launching Bankwerx from Conestoga, a retail banking brand with a major focus on technology as a means of service and convenience.Previously, Lori served as Vice President of Operations for New Century Bank, now Customers USA Bank, Phoenixville PA; Vice President of Deposit Operations for Patriot Bank, Pottstown, PA; and manager of Savings Operations with Sovereign Bank (now Santander), responsible for Escrow Servicing, Deposit Legal Services, and Savings System Administration.A 2003 graduate of the ABA Advanced School of Banking, Lori attended Kutztown University, Kutztown, PA where she studied Business Administration.
