Mark Landschulz

Mark Landschulz joined Flagstar in December 2014 as executive vice president and director of Performing Servicing. In this role he is responsible for the operation and profitable growth of Flagstar’s mortgage businesses relating to the servicing and sub-servicing of performing loans.He brings to Flagstar more than 25 years of experience in mortgage finance and most recently served as vice president in charge of Servicing at Quicken Loans. During his tenure at Quicken Loans, he led a team through rapid growth and expansion to over 300 associates servicing more than 850,000 loans. Other responsibilities included spearheading Quicken Loans acquisition and investment strategy for mortgage servicing rights. Under Landschulz’s leadership, Quicken Loans was named highest in customer satisfaction among home loan servicers in 2014 by J. D. Power and Associates.Prior to Quicken, Landschulz served as executive vice president of Portfolio Management for Origen Financial where he was responsible for credit policy, risk modeling, servicing analytics, pricing, loan warehousing, sales, and securitizations. Prior to Origen, Landschulz spent several years in a number of leadership capacities at GE Capital Mortgage Services, gaining experience in areas such as private label originations, portfolio retention, and warehouse lending.
