Marla Lien

Marla Lien joined the Regional Transportation District in Denver, Colorado as Associate General Counsel in 1990. In 2005, Marla became General Counsel and has since been working primarily on development of the FasTracks program including election matters, property acquisition, railroad negotiations, project financing, and the RTD Penta-P Project for the East and Gold Lines also known as �Eagle P-3.� In addition she has worked on the development of multiple light rail lines including station area development and has worked on RTD�s bus rapid transit project. Marla also assisted in the acquisition, financing and development of the Denver Union Station intermodal and hotel projects.
