Martha Rogers, Ph.D., is a partner at Peppers and Rogers Group, a Stamford, Connecticut-based strategic marketing consultancy. Rogers, along with Don Peppers, has written four books that have popularized the one-to-one marketing strategy: The One to One Future, Enterprise One to One, The One to One Fieldbook, which they co-authored with Peppers and Rogers Group president Bob Dorf, and The One to One Manager. They are currently writing their fifth book, The One to One Sales Force, due out later this year.
