Patrick Kelly

Patrick Kelly is the AVP for Emerging Technologies at USAA. He is the business leader for USAA's award-winning Mobile and Tablet channels. Pat oversees strategy and product development for emerging technologies including: Virtual Assistants, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual/Augmented Reality, Wearables/IOT, Conversational Commerce and Emerging Payments.Pat joined USAA in May of 2013 and brought with him an extensive track record in developing and managing innovative solutions.Prior to joining USAA, Pat worked in R&D, Software Development and Financial Services. He served 10 years in the US Navy as a Nuclear Power Operator. He holds a bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
