Stephen E. Reiter is the Managing Director for SCA � a strategy consulting firm formed in 1996, with a core discipline on adopting telecommunications� technology into industry, focusing on mobility. Steve has directly contributed $1.5 billion in expense reductions over the past 20 years while selling $11 billion in product and services. Prior to SCA, Steve served at EDS (later HP) as VP & General Manager for Consumer Industries, a $1.1 billion business. EDS asked Steve to serve on several corporate initiatives, including the Chairman�s effort to reduce $1 Billion in expense; as well Board member for Safeguard Services, LLC; a $300 Million wholly owned EDS division.Prior to EDS Steve served 30 years in roles as President for a $40 Million start-up for 5 years which sold to an investment group; Fortune 200 CIO over 11 years, a CEO/CIO focused Strategy and Industry Practice Leader for a leading consultancy, selling and managing the largest deal in IT Outsourcing history ($4.2 billion). Steve has been recognized by CIO Magazine and Information Week as one of the most innovative executives in industry. His book - Supply Chain Optimization has been published in 6 languages selling 45,000 copies, along with publishing articles in the global press. He has spoken at 50 seminars over the past 2 decades, taught a graduate course entitled - Supply Chain and Global Logistics at a Chicago based Graduate School and has been active in statewide initiatives to enhance education to rural and disadvantaged urban schools. Steve has served on 4 for-profit boards, 11 not-for-profits and still finds time for his most important priorities � faith and family. Steve has been married for 41 years to his high school sweetheart - Mary, has 3 adult children with 6 grandchildren and now resides in Dallas for the past 13 years.
