Mr. Leckerman has overall responsibility for the direction, management, and performance of NCO's operations. Since joining NCO in 1995, his comprehensive knowledge of the business process outsourcing industry has been essential in the rapid growth of NCO. Among his accomplishments are the successful implementation and management of programs for several top-tier clients, including the U.S. Department of Education, and the development of companywide performance monitoring methods and procedures.
