Susan Fitzgerald

Susan Fitzgerald joined Prager & Co., LLC in 2010 where she is a senior member of the Firm’s financial advisory practice. She works with a diverse group of higher education and not for profit organizations in the areas of capital planning and debt management, strategic planning, financial modeling, operational and debt risk assessments, development of strategic policies and procedures, and rating agency and investor relations.Prior to joining Prager, Susan led Moody’s Investors Service Higher Education and Not-for-Profit Ratings Team, where she worked with over 500 colleges and universities during her thirteen year tenure with the firm. She managed corporate and foundation relations for The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies prior to joining Moody’s. Susan is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, such as the National Association of College and University Business Officers and The Treasury Institute. Susan holds a Master’s degree in International Studies and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and an A.B. degree from Occidental College. She is a FINRA registered representative.
