Suzanne Hough

Hough is chief human resources officer for Hodges-Mace, LLC. Hough joined the Hodges-Mace’s leadership team in March 2015 and is responsible for all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent management. Prior to joining Hodges-Mace, she was the SVP of human resources at Citi. Her early career was spent in Silicon Valley at Sun Microsystems. Hough holds a bachelor’s degree in human development and social policy, with a concentration in organizational behavior and certificate in leadership, from Northwestern University. She also has a master’s in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
