After a strong 2017, the Capital Region turned in the worst average firm growth rate of 2018, off almost 3 percentage points from last year’s report. And while it boasted one of this year’s new Top 100 Firms in Brown, Edwards & Co., it also saw former T100 mainstay Raffa snapped up by Baker Tilly.
